Extra's: Bedsheets & towel set € 15,00 p.p., tourist tax from 4 years €1,86 per person per night and end cleaning fee € 60,00.
Smoking and live animals: A smoke-free and NO pets policy applies.
Security deposit: The deposit of €300 is held to cover any damages that should occur while guests are occupying the house. This ensures that the house remains in a perfect state, in good condition for the next guests. The deposit minus the costs to be paid (e.g Extra's) will be refunded in cash upon departure.
Parking: The parking Garage Boulevard Zeezijde with security 24/7 offers a space for 663 cars. It is 50 meters from the house across the street, next to the beach. On the day of your arrival, you can purchase a day pass for €10 or a week pass for €35. The First 2 hours are free from October 1st -March 31st.
Arrival & departure time: The arrival is between 1 and 2 pm. The departure is before voor 9:30 am. If your estimated arrival is later than 2 pm, please contact us by phone at +31(0)614 69 1311 or via email: info@kustappartementenkatwijk.com.
